Requirements:

-Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience
-Associate’s degree very strongly preferred.

Overview:
-We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role includes managing schedules, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and assisting with special projects.

Key Responsibilities:
-Answer phones, emails, and manage calendars
-Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
-Organize files and maintain databases
-Assist with travel arrangements and expense tracking
-Provide general office and project support as needed

Skills:
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Ability to multitask and handle confidential information professionally
