Job Title: Admissions Recruiter (Multiple Openings)

Department: Enrollment Management

Reports To: Director

FLSA Status: Exempt

Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000

Responsibilities

Summary: Manage, nurture, and convert prospective students from the prospect stage through to Deposited and Registered.

  • Duties
    • Primary goal: meet or exceed their quota each semester by:
      • Outbound phone calls
      • Inbound phone calls
      • Zoom meetings
      • Hosting online webinars
      • High ROI events
    • Will generate the leads in their area
    • Identify effective ways to continue to identify and go after prospects in your assigned area.
    • Territory: Internationals Direct, Professional Studies, FAFSA Unapplied
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Has worked in higher education recruiting for a minimum of 4 years.
  • Is a high performing sales person or successful recruiter.
  • Has converted over 1k matriculated students
  • Is an extremely strong & effective project manager.
  • Strong implementer & action and goals-oriented.
  • Expert at using higher education CRMs. We use Radius by Campus Management for prospect and applicant data and Colleague for student data.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required and two to four years of related experience and/or training. Experience should be in admissions, recruiting or sales.

Language Skills:

  • Superior command of English grammar and spelling, excellent verbal and written communication, exceptional presentation and public speaking ability.

Mathematical and Technology Skills:

  • Ability to analyze financial documents and statistical data using mathematical formulas and tools, working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to learn new software packages.

Reasoning Ability:

  • Ability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables, applies logical or scientific methods to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.

Other Skills and Abilities:

  • Must exhibit leadership skills, organization skills, attention to detail, capacity for planning, organizing and controlling, and advanced skills in team building, motivation, and conflict resolution.
