Agile Project Manager Country Intelligence Group is seeking an Agile Project Manager to support our client in delivering multiple Agile projects across multidisciplinary teams within a secure environment. This position involves applying appropriate Agile project management methodologies to ensure successful delivery, coordinating with Product Owners to define roadmaps, and translating requirements into prioritized user stories within the product backlog. The Agile Project Manager will be responsible for removing blockers, maintaining high quality standards through rigorous testing, and ensuring project alignment with organizational goals. Tasks Performed: Deliver multiple Agile projects by applying appropriate Agile project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). Identify and remove blockers to maintain steady project progress. Collaborate with Product Owners to define product roadmaps and translate strategic goals into actionable user stories. Break down epics and features into user stories that align with product and business goals. Prioritize user stories in the product backlog based on business value, dependencies, and resource availability. Manage and coordinate a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team throughout the Agile project lifecycle. Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to drive team collaboration and efficiency. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards through active participation in testing processes and quality assurance checks. Monitor project metrics, timelines, and performance to ensure alignment with project goals. Maintain compliance with security clearance requirements and ensure secure handling of sensitive project data. Education, Experience and Qualifications: 2 years of position relevant experience. Experience delivering multiple Agile projects and removing blockers using the appropriate Agile project management methodology. Experience defining the roadmap with the Product Owner for any given product and translating this into user stories. Experience prioritizing the user stories within product backlog. Experience managing a multi-disciplinary team. Experience with testing to ensure quality levels. Undergraduate degree required. Certified PMP, Scrum Master or equivalent.
