Job Description
Gerber Ciano Kelly Brady LLP is seeking an associate attorney with 1–3 years of experience in Downstate New York . The position offers an exciting opportunity for a junior attorney to develop litigation skills in a collaborative, forward-thinking law firm environment.
The ideal candidate will have early-career experience in general litigation and strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Exposure to professional liability, product liability, or appellate work is a plus but not required. This position requires initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Candidates must be admitted to practice in New York.

Salary is commensurate with experience and skill set. The position includes a full benefits package, including health, life, short-term and long-term disability insurance, 401(k), flexible work options, and paid time off.
For New York City Applicants: Salary range is $35.00 - $70.00/hr. ($72,800.00 - $145,600.00), with potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. The actual salary offered will be based on the candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
