Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is hiring full-time Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for our Colonial Heights clinic. You’ll provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism in a structured, supportive environment with strong BCBA mentorship.
Multiple full-time openings available.
Position Details
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
(Afternoon availability required; exact hours depend on client schedules.)
Setting: Primarily clinic-based; occasional in-home sessions may occur
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay Range (Virginia Standardized Rates)
Compensation based on experience, certification, and training level.
