Job Description

A full-semester contract position is available for a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Des Plaines, IL. This role offers an opportunity to apply your expertise in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans to support individuals' growth and success within an educational or clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and functional analyses
• Design and oversee individualized behavior intervention strategies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and staff to promote positive behavioral outcomes
• Provide training and supervision to staff implementing behavioral plans
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed to meet clients goals
• Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Proven experience in applying ABA principles in school or clinical environments
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently on case management and reporting
• Familiarity with data collection tools and software related to behavior analysis
