Job Description

A behavioral specialist with Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credentials is needed for a full school year contract position in a K-12 educational setting located in Lancaster, PA. This role involves working directly with students to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans aimed at improving social, behavioral, and academic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop evidence-based intervention plans.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to create proactive strategies that promote positive behavior.
• Monitor and analyze student progress through data collection and reporting.
• Provide training and guidance to school staff on behavior management techniques.
