Job Description

Two Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) are needed for a K-12 educational setting in Fortson, GA, to support students across the academic year under contract terms.

This role involves collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans that promote positive behavioral change and enhance student success. The specialists will provide training and consultation to staff to ensure consistency and effectiveness in behavioral support strategies throughout the school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop tailored intervention plans for students with behavioral challenges.
• Provide ongoing data collection and analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
• Support classroom staff with coaching, strategies, and training related to behavior management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate behavioral goals into educational programming.
• Communicate progress and updates with families and school personnel regularly.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Experience working within a K-12 educational setting preferred.
• Strong skills in behavior assessment, data analysis, and intervention development.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities with students, staff, and families.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of diverse learners.

Location: Fortson, Georgia

Duration: Academic school year (NSY); contract position.
