About Sacre Sucre Sacre Sucre is a Baltimore-based pâtisserie and café specializing in French-inspired pastries, viennoiserie, and artisan breads. We’re expanding our brunch and breakfast program and looking for dedicated cooks who value quality, consistency, and teamwork. Position Overview The Breakfast Cook supports our hot line operations, focusing on breakfast and brunch service. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and a passion for precise execution. You’ll work closely with Chef Manuel and the Grill Lead Cook to deliver a refined yet approachable breakfast menu that aligns with Sacre Sucre’s standards of excellence.
