Job Title: Concrete Finisher with Rodbuster Experience

Location: Rio Grande Valley (RGV), TX

Pay Rate: Based on Experience

MEMCO is seeking skilled and dependable Concrete Finishers with Rodbuster experience to join our team for an ongoing project in the RGV. This is a great opportunity to work on a high-profile construction project and showcase your craftsmanship in concrete finishing and rebar installation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Place, finish, smooth, and cure concrete surfaces to project specifications.
• Set forms and ensure proper alignment and grade.
• Cut, bend, tie, and place reinforcing steel (rebar) according to project requirements.
• Operate power tools and finishing equipment, including trowels, floats, and edgers.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy.
• Work closely with crew members to meet project deadlines and maintain quality standards.
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Concrete Finisher with Rodbuster/rebar tying experience.
• Proficient in concrete finishing techniques and rebar placement.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Must have own tools for concrete finishing and rebar work.
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
