This is an onsite opportunity to be part of a dynamic Lottery team working on a new prize payment program to enhance the customer experience in the Milpitas area!
The Customer Service Technician is a member of the Finance team and is responsible for performing a variety of specialized semi-technical duties in service to Lottery winners, players, and retailers. This position also performs routine, semi-technical duties related to validation and payment of claims for California State Lottery prizes.
This position requires a current Program Technician exam. If you need to take the exam or if your score has expired, click to gain list eligibility.
This position is headquartered at the Milpitas District Office. This position is not eligible for telework.
