The Data Manager will ensure data integrity, compliance, and traceability across Orion hardware subcontractors. By leading SDRD closure, lien management, and PLM administration, this role mitigates program risk and drives efficiency in engineering-to-production data flow

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain Windchill and EPDM platforms, including data structures, user access, workflows, and compliance.

  • Serve as the Program Hardware open lien/Qnote manager for subcontractor-driven action items.
  • Facilitate secure, accurate, and timely data exchange across subcontractors, engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.
  • Support process improvement initiatives in data governance, lifecycle efficiency, and subcontractor deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 9–14 years of experience in Configuration Management, Data Management, or PLM administration within aerospace/defense programs.
  • Demonstrated expertise with Windchill, EPDM, or equivalent PLM/PDM systems.
  • Experience managing contractual data deliverables (SDRDs, CDRLs, DIDs, lien closure) for subcontractors.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across engineering, program management, and manufacturing organizations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced program environment.
