Duties and Responsibilities Personnel Management: Coordinate and optimize workforce activities to minimize downtime and align with business priorities. Documentation: Maintain and update the General Operations Manual (GOM) and General Maintenance Manual (GMM). Workflow Planning: Assign tasks based on operational needs, addressing resource constraints and maintenance demands to enhance efficiency. Budgeting & Forecasting: Manage maintenance budgets and forecast needs for the aircraft fleet. Scheduling: Plan and schedule maintenance for the entire fleet, ensuring timely execution. Financial Oversight: Review invoices and secure quotes for maintenance events. Leadership: Foster team growth through constructive feedback and collaborative management. Compliance: Ensure adherence to FAA, OSHA, and EHS regulations, managing all required paperwork. Communication: Liaise with aircraft owners and representatives on maintenance schedules and approvals.
