Our Chalfont, PA office is looking for an Engineer, Construction Administration with exposure to land development/site civil design.

What You'll Do:

As an Engineer, Construction Administration at Bohler, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Provide construction related support to design teams, contractors, and clients

• Work directly with and become POC for contractors

• Coordinate communication between contractors and the design teams

• Work with the Construction Admin and design teams to execute and assist in the following construction-related services:

• Review and respond to RFIs

• Shop Drawings and submittal review

• Site visits and observations

• Precon and course of construction meeting attendance

• Utility coordination

• Permit coordination

• Punch list

• Performs other duties as assigned

• Complies with all policies and standards

What You'll Need:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and able to manage many projects at the same time

• Ability to solve problems using sound professional judgment, creativity and innovation

• Takes initiative on tasks and in coordinating with other members of the design team

• Ability to effectively discuss project issues with contractors and reviewing agencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering preferred
