About the Role:

The firm is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with experience in estate planning to join its supportive, family-focused team. This client-facing role involves more than just drafting documents it's about guiding clients through significant financial, personal, and business decisions to help protect their legacy. You will manage a variety of matters, including wills, trusts, probate, and business succession planning, with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client consultations to assess needs and recommend customized estate plans
  • Draft estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
  • Develop creative solutions with consideration of tax implications and family dynamics
  • Set up business entities as part of estate planning strategies
  • Manage uncontested probate cases from start to finish
  • Maintain high responsiveness to client communication, including after-hours when needed
  • Represent the firm with integrity, professionalism, and a client-focused mindset
  • Take initiative in firm operations and contribute beyond assigned tasks
  • Network with other professionals to grow the firms client base

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in estate planning
  • Active Nevada Bar License
  • Self-motivated, strong problem-solving skills, and professionalism.
