Overview

Event Servers at Neds Club are the friendly faces looking after guests on the ninth floor in our events space. Each event is different, so youll deliver tailored service for weddings, business meetings, corporate celebrations, or anything in between.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding hospitality to our guests, tailoring your service to deliver the exceptional experiences that The Ned is known for
• Using your knowledge of our menus and spaces, answer guests' queries and assist during events
• Set up and tear down each event from start to finish, taking care of our unique space
• Deliver the level of service and standards that our event guests anticipate
• Assist with preparing linen, glassware, and silver for upcoming events when spaces flip quickly between events
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, protecting guests, teammates, and agency helpers from harm
• Be flexible to shifts; events space can be busy Monday to Sunday with late finishing times
