****Job Description:****An opportunity has just opened up within the Flight test team!**Missions/responsibilities:*** Conduct development, production and research test flights, certification flights demonstration flights and training flights, according to the privileges of the qualifications held.* Safe and accurate performance of flight test maneuvers, requiring a high level of safety awareness in the air and being able to recognize and recover from dangerous flight conditions in time-critical situations.* Responsible for the safety and efficiency of each flight when Pilot in Command.* Responsible for the safe and efficient conduct of designated duties during all flights.* Support AIRBUS flight Test activities on other Airbus Production sites as well as world wide missions and in service support* Conduct and/or participate in detailed briefings and debriefings for flight and ground testing activities.* Write and/or review development or certification test plans and reports for assigned flight and ground tests.* Participate in test planning, preparation and safety review meetings.* Participate in the planning, coordination, and short-term scheduling of tests to be performed on assigned test aircraft.* Coordinate with flight test engineers as required to ensure that the aircraft or ground test facility is configured properly to meet test objectives.* Prepare and/or review the required test reports after each assigned test flight or ground activity.* Identify and report product safety, certification and in-service efficiency issues.* Act as internal ‘first customer’ to ensure product safety and quality before entry into service or aircraft delivery.* Provide operational expertise, recommendations and understanding at all levels during design activities.* Support marketing and sales campaigns and other customer support activities as designated.* Employ effective communication skills to ensure that the conclusions and recommendations resulting from test activities are properly highlighted within the company, using correct channels.* Contribute to aeronautical advancement by promoting sound aeronautical design, development, test techniques and safety management.* Conduct specific duties in the Flight and Integration Test Centre as allocated. Examples are planning, scheduling of crews, safety management and flight crew representation.**Essential Requirements*** Experimental Test Pilot Graduate of a recognised test pilot school or Flight Test Training Organisation.* Significant previous experience as an experimental test pilot.* Previous operational and/or flight test experience on multi-crew aircraft.* A minimum of 1000 hours as Pilot in Command.* EASA CPL with Flight Test Rating 1 and Instrument Rating.* Medical certificate Class 1.* English language to negotiation level.### **Desirable Requirements*** Previous experience as a test pilot on multi-engine transport category aircraft.* Operational experience in an airline or airline training environment.* Flight test instructional experience.* EASA ATPL(A) with Flight Test Rating 1 and Instrument Rating.* Type Rating on Airbus A320/A330/A350/A380.* French language to beginner/intermediate level.### **As future member of a highly-skilled, collaborative and dynamic diverse team, you will be able to demonstrate some or all of the following personal skills:*** You have excellent communication skills and feel confident to speak up in front of a larger group of people.* Thinking in a sustainable long-term perspective is part of your professional DNA.* You are able to listen actively and understand the needs of various stakeholders.* Nevertheless, you can also assert yourself and convince others of your viewpoints.* You demonstrate a positive and collaborative approach and a passion for creating a good team spirit.* Critical thinking and questioning of existing processes is self-evident for you.**Contact Data:*** Please upload your CV and relevant certificates.
