Golf Course Range Attendant

Under the guidance of the Superintendent, the Range Attendant will perform the following duties:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must have the stamina and dedication to reliable work in all weather conditions.
• Picking driving range golf balls mechanically (or manually when required).
• Cleaning golf balls with an automated system.
• Preparing the range for customer use.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Compensation and other Perks: $15.50-$17.00/hour (depending on experience), flexible schedule, free golf and driving range use, free bowling and discounted golf merchandise.

Required Skills/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• One (1) year experience in a range attendant role.
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of golf course equipment, tools and goods.
• Must pass and remain in compliance with drug-free workplace policies.
• Reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements (as required by OSHA and ADA):

• Occasionally work in wet or humid weather conditions.
• Frequently work in outdoor weather conditions.
• Must be able and willing to stand or walk for up to 10-hour shifts.
• Must be able to carry loads and ability to lift 25 pounds.
