Daily Responsibilities: Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish with minimal instruction Install gas furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and ductless systems Train and mentor apprentices and junior installers Deliver high-quality work, safely and efficiently Communicate clearly with customers and project managers Represent our values and company with professionalism and pride Required Skills: EPA Universal certification Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems Experience with building construction and sheet metal work Familiarity with building codes and electrical systems Ability to use gauges and perform piping installations Knowledge of equipment repair, boilers, and refrigeration systems Proficiency in using hand tools and ensuring EPA compliance Salary and Benefits: Competitive salary range from $50,850 to $78,270 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
