Junior Marketing Support Specialist

Location: Rhode Island

Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite

Are you an enthusiastic self-starter eager to kick off your career in marketing? We’re looking for a Junior Marketing Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this entry-level role, you’ll gain hands-on experience assisting with campaigns, digital content, and day-to-day marketing operations. You’ll collaborate with a creative and supportive group of professionals while learning how to bring ideas to life and deliver meaningful results.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Support the creation, editing, and distribution of digital and print marketing materials.
• Manage and update website content, social media accounts, and email newsletters.
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics.
• Maintain organized marketing databases, assets, and tools (CRM, CMS, etc.).
• Provide administrative and operational support, including scheduling and vendor coordination.
• Stay up to date on current marketing trends and share fresh ideas with the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing or administrative support (internships welcome).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using social media platforms, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts and customer engagement strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, or HubSpot.
• Exposure to basic graphic design, copywriting, or analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
