* 2 days per week schedule
* 12 - 15 patients per day
* 50/50 hematology and oncology split
* Minimal inpatient care -- 1 to 2 patients monthly
* Phone triage coverage for after hours and weekends
* We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
* We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
* We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
* Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
