Machine Operator - Direct Hire
Our client, Metals Engineering, Inc., a leader in heat treatment services with over 50 years of experience serving the Green Bay area, is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting the company's commitment to quality and safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, aligning successfully with the organization’s values and goals.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Green Bay, WI

Pay Range:$21.00 - $22.00 per Hour

Shift: 2nd shift, 3:00 – 11:30 (Monday-Friday)

What's the Job?

• Set up and operate machines to ensure optimal performance and safety
• Perform process inspections to verify parts meet customer specifications
• Meet production schedules efficiently and accurately
• Operate forklift to handle materials safely and effectively
• Promote and adhere to safety regulations and procedures at all times

What's Needed?

• Ability to demonstrate a logical, detailed, and disciplined approach to equipment operation
• Strong desire to be an excellent team member and support colleagues across shifts and locations
• Solid work history demonstrating reliability and commitment
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs comfortably
• Willingness to train on 1st shift as needed
