Job Description

Our client, a manufacturing facility is seeking Machine Operators to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse/manufacturing setting, have machine operating experience, and be dependable, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Experienced Machine Operator 
Location: Lititz, PA
Pay: $18hr + $1 shift differential for night shift
Two Shifts Available: 7a-7p & 7p-7a (yearly calendar provided reflecting every other weekend)

• Key Responsibilities

• Operate molding machines and associated equipment efficiently.
• Set up and troubleshoot equipment and processes.
• Perform material handling and assist with mold changes.
• Conduct quality checks, maintain production records, and complete system logs.
• Assist with machine start-ups and shut-downs.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Follow quality procedures and safety policies.
• Maintain good housekeeping and adhere to GMP and Global Food Safety Practices.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

• Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role, factory environment, or as a craftsman.
• Experience in the plastics industry is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with hand tools.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
