About the Opportunity:
I'm working with a well-established client in the Irvine area who is seeking a Marketing Coordinator fluent in Mandarin to support their global marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of trade show experience and a passion for international collaboration. You'll be trained by and work closely with the team in China, making Mandarin fluency essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate trade show logistics, including booth setup, vendor communication, and promotional materials.
Collaborate daily with the China-based marketing team for training, campaign alignment, and execution.
Assist in the creation of marketing collateral and digital content.
Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and trade show ROI.
Support general marketing operations and administrative tasks.
Must-Haves:
Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) - required for communication and training with the China team.
2-3 years of trade show experience - including planning, execution, and post-event analysis.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and project coordination abilities.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience working with international teams or in a global marketing environment.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools.
Basic graphic design or content creation skills.
