Marketing Manager (Social Media) - Kissimmee, FL
Salary: $45K-$50K
Schedule: Hybrid (M, TH, FR work from home, TUES, WED in office)
Full-Time, Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required

About the Role
The Marketing Manager connects strategy and execution - bringing client campaigns to life across social, digital, and paid platforms. This role balances creativity with analytics, blending storytelling, data, and community understanding to drive real results for our clients. Reports to Director of Marketing and Creative.


Core Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute client marketing campaigns across social, digital, and paid platforms.
  • Strategize and execute around defined content pillars that align with client goals.
  • Work cross-functionally with creative, video, and web teams
  • Manage paid advertising (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, traditional media) with ROI in mind.
  • Plan, write, and schedule social content using tools like Sprout Social or similar.
  • Use Looker Studio and platform analytics to report on performance and optimize results.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for campaign growth.
  • Collaborate with creative, video, and web teams to ensure campaigns feel cohesive.
  • Manage and coordinate partner relationships (PR, video, or other subcontractors).
  • Use AI tools (like ChatGPT) to brainstorm, plan, and execute more efficiently.
  • Communicate directly with clients and team leads with clarity and confidence.
