We are a small medical practice in Van Nuys looking to add an additional administrative support person to our team. Daily functions include faxing, scanning, phone, patient records management, and basic customer service skills.
We are looking for attention to detail as you learn our systems and execute the functions of an administrative receptionist for the practice. This is a full time 40 hour a week position with opportunity for occasional overtime hours. The office sees patients 3 days a week however, the group has 3 doctors and 5 Nurse Practitioners that we provide administrative and patient services support for. Customer services skills are a must!
