We are looking for a detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team in San Francisco, California. This contract position offers an opportunity to support daily operations in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to handling administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments with efficiency and professionalism.

• Welcome and assist visitors, patients, and staff with a courteous and friendly demeanor.

• Manage the distribution of office supplies and maintain inventory at the front desk.

• Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate staggered lunch and break schedules.

• Ensure patient check-ins are handled promptly and accurately.

• Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for patient visits.

• Utilize basic medical terminology to support front office operations.

• Support administrative needs, including filing and data entry.

• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in a medical front office or administrative role preferred.
• Familiarity with patient scheduling and check-in processes.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Chinese is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to work onsite in a collaborative and detail-oriented environment.
