What to Expect:

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Medical Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will meet with licensed healthcare practitioners in the Washington DC area, develop relationships, and promote our innovative products and solutions. A consultative sales approach is essential, involving understanding practitioners' needs and providing tailored recommendations. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for integrative health and wellness.

The successful candidate must reside in or be willing to relocate to Washington DC.

• Meet with healthcare practitioners, understand their practices, and promote our products.
• Expand the customer base and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Achieve sales targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree.
• Experience in consultative selling preferred.
• Passion for integrative health, wellness, and functional medicine is a plus.
• At least two years of successful B2B sales in the nutrition or medical industry.
• Self-motivated with entrepreneurial spirit and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and commitment to customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Traits: Information Seeking, Influence and Persuasion, Analytical Thinking, Relationship Building, Negotiating.

Compensation and Benefits:

• First Year OTE: $90,000 - $120,000.
