Your primary focus is delivering high‑quality, polished results while fostering clear communication and maintaining a professional presence. Key Duties and Responsibilities Hang, tape, patch, and finish drywall in occupied condos and apartments Perform paint repairs and blending to match surrounding finishes Install and remove dust and debris protection daily Reset vanities, cabinets, and light fixtures as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Communicate clearly with project leads, teammates, and residents Follow safety protocols and company quality standards Maintain, foster, and develop productive relationships including with co‑workers, other departments, clients, subcontractors, and vendors (This job posting is not intended as a complete list of activities, duties, or responsibilities for this position.) Key Requirements 4+ years of proven experience with drywall hanging, taping, patching, and painting Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Dependable full‑time availability Excellent organizational and multi‑tasking skills Team player with a positive "no job is too big or too small" attitude Must be able to regularly lift and carry 50‑100 lbs., walk regularly, and climb steps occasionally Must be 18+, authorized to work in the US Salary Range: $25‑$35 per hour based upon experience and qualifications.
