Responsibilities Prepare US employment-based, non-immigrant, and immigrant visa filings with US agencies. Assist with the full PERM labor certification process, including drafting advertisement texts, prevailing wage requests, recruitment instructions, and maintaining compliance files. Communicate effectively with attorneys and government agencies regarding case progress and requirements. Track visa expiration dates and filing deadlines, providing timely updates. Support other paralegals and attorneys as needed, including travel and other duties. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of relevant experience. Experience in high-volume US visa processing, including PERM cases. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Performance Traits Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service. Curiosity, creative thinking, and ability to support a diverse team. Discretion, confidentiality, and strategic problem-solving skills. The typical salary range is $50,300 to $66,600, with potential variation based on experience and internal pay structures.
