Max Tallent Management is seeking a highly professional and discreet  Personal/Executive Assistant to support an Ultra High Net Worth Individual (UHNWI) in managing their personal and household affairs with precision, confidentiality, and excellence. This dynamic role blends traditional executive support with high-level personal assistance, household coordination, and lifestyle management, ensuring the client’s daily life operates seamlessly. Candidates  must currently reside in South Florida and be comfortable in a pet-friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive & Personal Support: Manage complex schedules, coordinate appointments, oversee correspondence, and anticipate the personal and professional needs of the principal.
  • Household Oversight: Collaborate with the household manager and staff to ensure a meticulously maintained and well-run residence. Handle high-level communication with service providers, vendors, and staff.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute private events, dinners, and social gatherings, ensuring every detail aligns with the principal’s preferences and high standards.
  • Travel & Logistics: Organize domestic and international travel, including itineraries, private charters, accommodations, and on-the-ground logistics, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
  • Wardrobe & Lifestyle Management: Oversee the organization and maintenance of a high-end wardrobe, coordinate packing for travel, and ensure readiness for all engagements and events.
  • Discretion & Confidentiality: Act as a trusted gatekeeper, maintaining strict confidentiality in all matters related to the principal’s personal and professional life.
  • Vendor & Relationship Management: Serve as liaison to external partners, managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring services and goods meet the client’s expectations.  

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role within a private, high-net-worth environment.
  • Impeccable organizational skills with a proactive and anticipatory mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Experience managing luxury lifestyles, including travel, events, wardrobe, and formal service.
  • Discreet, loyal, and professional, with a demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and work with integrity.
  • Adept in multitasking and prioritizing within fast-paced, high-expectation environments.
  • A refined understanding of etiquette, discretion, and high-touch service culture.

FOR THIS POSITION YOU MUST ALREADY BE IN SOUTH FLORIDA (FORT LAUDERDALE-MIAMI) AREA. YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED IF YOU ARE OUT OF STATE.
