Overview Senior Program Coordinator — San Francisco, CA (Remote / Hybrid) 12-month contract Client is looking for a Senior Program Coordinator, an experienced hands-on project manager and coordinator with technical acumen who is passionate about creating operational seamlessness and ease across complex projects. Position we're hiring for: a 12-month full-time contract with the Client Sales Enablement team. Fully remote. Equipment provided. About the Sales Enablement team Our mission statement: We drive sales capability and field readiness by designing & delivering programs that accelerate sales competence, confidence, competitiveness and by fostering a culture where continuous development, strategic execution and seller empowerment drive lasting customer value and sustained business growth. The Activation team focuses on the sales experience and preparing sellers to effectively execute against sales strategies through core skill development, coaching and GTM program resources. Daily operating rhythm You will work closely with the rest of the Sales Enablement team to establish and drive operational rigor and coordination across programs. You will scope and track program deliverables from inception to completion, ensuring timely execution and that no ball gets dropped. Performance expectations Project management Create and drive the execution of project plans. Manage tasks and timelines, drive cadence and accountability, keeping all stakeholders on task and ensuring deliverable quality. Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to move Enablement projects forward. Establish and execute processes for engaging with end-users (e.g. focus groups, surveys, Slack channels, etc.) to gather feedback and engage with stakeholders. Track, surface and coordinate recognition for individuals demonstrating excellence. Thought partnership Bring a clear focus on end-user experience to each project, ensuring Client's sales teams are enabled in the best way possible. Identify and surface needs for any seller-facing enablement collateral to support these projects. Be a thought partner on the Seller and Sales Manager experience. Gather end-user feedback on program components and surface any unmet needs or pain points, with recommendations on how these should be addressed. Program coordination Schedule, organize, track, and support coaching, group skill-building, and peer learning sessions, supporting logistics, nudges, and summaries. Coordinate session setup and support (A / V, room procurement). Collaborate with LearnTech on training coordination tasks. Data management Coordinate and manage system integrations to effectively track and measure all enablement activities. Partner with training stakeholders to track participation, progress, and logistics. Ensure data is captured accurately, and report on KPIs. Minimum requirements 8+ years of experience in program / project management or coordination roles. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to spot potential risks before they arise. A strong team player with outstanding problem solving skills, who is committed to delivering a best-in-class experience to Client's sales teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. An appetite and ability to carry out analytical work, with close attention to detail. Strong understanding of the adtech sales environment. Experience within a sales organization, with sales enablement, and familiarity with sales operations is a plus. Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, comfort collaborating via cloud-based shared documents. Comfortable managing data and reporting on KPIs. #J-18808-Ljbffr eTeam
