🎶 Project Coordinator Music & Entertainment Industry (Hybrid | W2 Contract)

Were hiring a Project Coordinator to support a high-profile team within the music and entertainment industry . This is an incredible opportunity to work behind the scenes on the commercial success of physical music releases including vinyl, CDs, and more .

📝 Details:

• 💼 Position : Project Coordinator Physical Commercial Team
• 📍 Location : Hybrid 3 days onsite in Los Angeles, 2 days remote (Fridays + one day)
• 🕒 Schedule : MF | 9am6pm | 40 hrs/week
• 💰 Pay Rate : $27/hr (W2 only)
• 📅 Duration : 3-month contract with potential for extension or conversion

🚀 What Youll Do:

• Coordinate meeting schedules for internal teams and external partners
• Create and distribute sales materials, decks, agendas, and follow-ups
• Manage pre-order tracking and retail buy links for major music releases
• Collaborate with distribution, marketing, and global teams to gather assets
• Assist with social media content and ensure brand consistency across platforms
• Support the launch of new products in physical formats (vinyl, CD, etc.)

What Were Looking For:

• Exceptionally organized with strong multitasking abilities
• Fast learner who can adapt in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Clear and concise communicator (written and verbal)
• Prior experience in music, media, entertainment , or retail product coordination is a plus
• Familiarity with Airtable , Slack , and productivity tools is preferred
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative and commercial teams

🎓 Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or related field
• 13 years of experience in project coordination, marketing support, or administrative roles
