COMPANY PROFILE: Optimum Performance Institute - Houston, work two locations Needville and Stafford

• OPI Houston program for women+ in their late teens and twenties (18 to 28.)
• We use an Adult Attachment model as well as EMDR, DBT, family systems, and other modalities to treat trauma, substance issues, personality disorders, family issues, anxiety, depression and other challenges.
• OPI Houston guides young women+ through healing and transitioning until they have achieved healthy independence.
• Clients have opportunity for peaceful ranch location and/or transition to apartment living, while working on academics, life skills, or work.
• At OPI-Houston young women+ have the opportunity to realize their full potential.

• Small case load seeing clients once a week.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY: Psychiatrist

• Providing individual brief session with client
• Communication with families as needed
• Possess an affinity for relational, experiential and systemic modalities.
• Planning, implementing, and adjusting a course of treatment as required.
• Collaboration with treatment team and other clinical members

BACKGROUND PROFILE: Psychiatrist

• Licensed in the State of Texas; NPI & CAQH registry preferred
• Able to work with a collaborative team of clinical and residential staff.
• Good verbal, written communication and professional documentation charting skills.
• Family system work experience.

Job Type: Contract, pay will be negotiated during interview process
