Job Title: Regional Manager – Gas Station Operations
Location: Northeastern Montana
Job Type: Full-Time

We are a growing, locally-owned gas station and convenience store chain dedicated to providing reliable fuel, excellent customer service, and clean, well-managed stores throughout Montana. With a strong focus on community values, operational excellence, and team development, we’re looking for a driven Regional Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple locations in Northeastern Montana.

Position Summary:

The Regional Manager is responsible for leading a team of store managers and staff to ensure efficient, profitable, and compliant operations across multiple gas station and convenience store locations. This individual will be accountable for achieving financial goals, maintaining safety and environmental standards, supporting personnel development, and enhancing the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, coaching, and operational support to store managers and teams
• Monitor performance metrics, sales, and inventory controls across all locations
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to company policies, cleanliness standards, and safety regulations
• Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating store management and key staff
• Develop and execute regional strategies to boost sales, customer satisfaction, and employee retention
• Manage fuel pricing strategies and coordinate fuel deliveries as needed
• Ensure compliance with state and federal environmental and safety standards
• Work closely with the Director of Operations on budgeting, reporting, and strategic planning

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in multi-unit retail or fuel/convenience store management
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate dispersed teams
• Strong understanding of P&L management, inventory control, and customer service best practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout Northeastern Montana (company vehicle provided)
• High school diploma or GED required, associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
