Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – ABA Therapy

Angier, NC 27501 • Part-Time • Set Weekly Schedule

Autism Center of Excellence is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy for a single client in Angier. This role has a consistent schedule and strong BCBA support.

Schedule

Weekly Hours (Set Schedule):

• Monday: 12 PM – 6 PM
  
• Tuesday: 12 PM – 2 PM
  
• Wednesday: 12 PM – 6 PM
  
• Thursday: 12 PM – 2 PM
  
• Friday: 12 PM – 2 PM
  

This is a stable, ongoing case with consistent weekly hours.

Compensation (NC RBT Range)

$22–$27 per hour

Pay depends on experience and certification level.

What You’ll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home
  
• Implement individualized treatment programs designed by a BCBA
  
• Support communication, social, and daily living skill development
  
• Record accurate data and complete required documentation
  
• Work collaboratively with the supervising BCBA
  

Requirements

• Active RBT certification (required)
  
• Experience working as an RBT (6+ months preferred)
  
• Ability to work the exact schedule listed
  
• Reliable transportation for in-home sessions
  
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay physically active during sessions
  
• Professional communication and strong reliability
  

Preferred

• 1+ years of ABA experience
  
• Familiarity with in-home ABA services
