Roofing estimator

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of commercial roofing systems and a passion for precision? We're looking for a Roofing Estimator to join a high-performing team that specializes in large-scale commercial roofing projects-including re-roofing, new construction, and preventative maintenance.

This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to take ownership of the estimating process from bid to build.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial roofing projects across various sectors
• Analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and site conditions to develop comprehensive bids
• Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and clients to align scope and budget
• Maintain historical cost data, vendor relationships, and estimating tools
• Participate in bid strategy, proposal development, and client presentations

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of estimating experience in commercial roofing or construction
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation methods
• Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., The EDGE, ProEst, or similar)
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
