Responsibilities Achieve sales team goals and yearly sales targets and plan and implement short and long-term marketing plans Consult with sales managers and stakeholders to evaluate the company's performance Utilize marketing campaigns, telemarketing, e-commerce, site visits, and other techniques to continuously seek new business Evaluate market trends to determine pricing to balance costs, competition, and supply and demand Prepare accurate and complete sales reports documenting marketing budgets, current market share, direct sales, and outline marketing plans Qualifications Minimum of 5 or more years experience in sales and marketing with some experience in sales management Strong understanding of marketing strategies and best practices Computer skills are needed for this position, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel This position requires a high school diploma or GED, and a bachelor’s degree in marketing or hospitality being preferred Strong communication skills, both written and verbal #J-18808-Ljbffr WizeHire, Inc
