- Thoroughly clean and sanitize food production machinery and tools after each production cycle.
- Sweep, mop, and maintain the cleanliness of production floors and surfaces.
- Handle waste disposal and recycling responsibly.
- Safely manage and store cleaning chemicals, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Engage in thorough cleaning sessions, concentrating on difficult-to-access spots throughout the facility.
- Conduct regular sanitation inspections to help maintain our cleanliness standards and create a healthier environment for everyone.
- Promptly report hygiene concerns or potential risks to management.
- Strictly follow all company and regulatory sanitation guidelines.
- Strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Experience with heavy-duty cleaning equipment and materials is preferred.
- Ability to understand and follow safety and sanitation instructions.
- Prior experience in a sanitation role within a food production environment is an advantage but not required.
- Must have own transportation.
