Their fully integrated model: from development through ownership - is enabling faster, smarter renewable energy solutions for commercial real estate and corporate partners across the U.S, unlocking a competitive edge of greater efficiency, control, and scalability in every project.

The Role

As the Senior Director, Capital Markets, youll play a critical role in leading project-level and corporate-level capital raising to support the companys growing portfolio of renewable projects in the U.S.

• Lead execution of structured finance transactions: tax equity, project-level debt, and corporate financings
• Own the full financing lifecycle: from commercial strategy and investor outreach to term sheet negotiation and final closing
• Maintain strong investor and lender relationships and identify new financing opportunities
• Coordinate internal teams to assess project finance ability and optimize structures
• Review, build, and refine financial models to support deal analysis and investment decisions
• Evaluate third-party bids and present clear, data-driven recommendations to senior leadership
• Contribute to board materials and external presentations to communicate financing strategy and outcomes

Requirements:

• 10+ years experience executing structured finance transactions in the renewable energy space
• Deep expertise in loan origination, tax equity, project finance, and capital structuring, specifically for solar and storage projects (huge advantage if DG/C&I)
• Strong understanding of tax equity structures (ITC, capital accounts etc)
• Proven ability to financial model and negotiate complex deal terms
• Houston-based or open to relocation
