Job Responsibilities Under the general supervision of the Testing Services Coordinator, the Part-Time Test Proctor provides administrative and testing support for Central Carolina Technical College's Testing Services at the Shaw Air Force Base Education Center. This position is responsible for administering CLEP and DSST examinations, maintaining test security and integrity, and accurately entering student information and scores into college data systems. Duties also include scheduling and confirming testing appointments, assisting with offsite testing as needed, and supporting other administrative functions related to the daily operations of Student Records and Testing Services. Must have excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills, and the ability to interact professionally with students, military personnel, and the public. Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain a high level of confidentiality. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs. Works ten (10) hours per week. This is a temporary position.
Minimum and Additional Requirements A high school diploma. Related clerical experience may be substituted for a high school diploma. Must be able to obtain access to Shaw Air Force Base.
Preferred Qualifications Associate degree and experience in testing, academic, or military environments. Prefer candidates with experience working within or alongside the military and familiarity with military procedures.
