LanceSoft is seeking a travel Medical Lab Technician for a travel job in Detroit, Michigan.Job Description & Requirements ~ Specialty: Medical Lab Technician ~ Discipline: Allied Health Professional ~ Start Date: 09/08/2025 ~ Duration: 12 weeks ~40 hours per week ~ Shift: 8 hours, days ~ Employment Type: Travel : Schedule Notes: Duration: 13 Weeks Interview: In-Person or (MS Teams 30 minutes to 1hr depending on location) Minimum Experience: 3 - years of experience Certifications: BLS , MLT is plus Technology: Epic, Sunquest CoPathPlush (LIS) Hours: 8-5, Monday through Friday (Potential Flex hours 9:-5 or 9:30 - 6:00) Prior experience in clinical labs, handling specimens and comfortable in PPE. A fair amount of testing is prenatal testing. Shift Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm Duties: Job Summary: Under direct supervision by laboratory technologist, leader and/or supervisor, and according to defined protocols, performs select procedures on blood and/or other body fluids or specimens, involving manual techniques or the use of laboratory instruments and information systems. May perform phlebotomy as needed. Skills: Required Skills & Experience: -Ability to communicate effectively with others. -Demonstrated technical proficiency and theoretical knowledge sufficient to perform laboratory functions.
