We are seeking a WELDER/STEEL FABRICATOR/INSTALLER to become an integral part of our team! The Welder repair industrial waste compactors and balers at our shop and fabricate compactor chutes in the shop and customer locations. We sale, service, rent and install waste and recycle equipment for our Customers and Manufacturers in South and Central Texas. Our territory is San Antonio, Austin, Houston and all surrounding ares. .

Responsibilities:

• Repair and fabricate Commercial Waste Compactors and Cardboard Box Balers.
• Install this equipment - and Paint
• Must be able to fabricate compactor chutes and stands in the field
• Calculate material measurements to verify specifications
• Must preform quality welding / anchor equipment in place to meet customer/manufacturers and TennTex expectations

​ Qualifications:

• Experience in welding and fabrication or other related fields
• Familiarity with welding tools and procedures
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Must be able to communicate with the Customer and posses good handwriting for required paperwork
• Must have Good Driving Record and Work in a Non Smoking Environment
• Some out of town required and some overtime
• Must have transportation and communication
• Must be self motivated and Dependable
• TennTex does background checks, and drug testing.
• Wage depends on skill
