Founded in 2013, Power Kiosk is a rapidly growing SaaS platform that connects energy buyers to a marketplace of over 100 energy suppliers and provides both sides with intelligent data solutions to succeed. We pride ourselves on our innovative solutions in the energy industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Help manage the CEO’s calendar and inbox, to prioritize tasks and communications.
• Support ad-hoc projects for the CEO.
• Act as Chief of Staff for the CEO. Research the prospects and find valuable insight that helps drive the conversations to success
• Use QuickBooks to categorize bank transactions, reconcile accounts, and manage vendor and employee profiles.
• Run biweekly payroll and help maintain employee benefits such as healthcare and retirement plans.
• Assist with screening candidates. Onboard and offboard employees as needed.
• Plan and coordinate four company social events each year - finding venues and managing event details.
• Help with day-to-day office operations and logistics.
• Marketing assistant

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Exceptional communicator and listener
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Comfortable juggling a variety of responsibilities
• One year of office experience
