An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Maryland Heights, MO area for an individual with 3-5 years’ experience as a Detailing Project Manager with background in Steel frame and fabrication projects . All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration: Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have 3-5+ years of Steel Detailing experience with some Project Management experience, preferably working with commercial projects. Experience with budgeting, estimating, manpower planning , and blueprint-reading is a MUST . Familiarity with assembling submittals, pulling permits, and preparing reports on a weekly/monthly basis is a MUST . Experience with developing site safety plans and conducting inspections is a MUST . AutoCAD, BIM, and/or REVIT experience is a BIG PLUS . PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) is a BIG PLUS . Vocational School / Certifications in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Construction Management is a BIG PLUS . Candidates with Commercial or Industrial experience including Universities, Laboratories, Hospitals or Assisted Living project management experience are highly encouraged to apply.
