Current cases include breach of contract business litigation, hostile takeover litigation, securities sale dispute resolution, and intellectual property litigation. The firm's transactional practice includes corporate finance and organization, commercial contracts, intellectual property licensing, securities transactions, negotiating high-level partnerships, start-up advising, and non-profit representation. Having successfully closed negotiated and closed deals and settlements of more than two hundred million dollars ($200,000,000) in the last decade, the firm's results speak to their capabilities and track record of success. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid in-person / remote role for a Litigation Paralegal. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for preparing legal documents, coordinating evidence gathering, performing legal research, and assisting in the preparation of pleadings and motions. Additional responsibilities include supporting attorneys with case management and maintaining organized case files.
